Create your account, verify your email, complete the application, review your answers, sign and submit. No document uploads are required.
Learn & complete
After submitting, open Orientation: Basic Rules and Policies, then Trip Workflow / Simulation. Pass the required quizzes and sign each part’s acknowledgment. Trip Workflow has a five-question quiz at the end of each main section.

A few things to know.
Can I return to my application later?+
Yes. Save your application before leaving and sign in using the same email when you return. Your orientation quiz progress saves after each attempt, so you can return to your saved checkpoints.
Where is my verification email?+
Check your junk or spam folder. If it is missing, return to the portal’s verification screen and use the resend option. Contact safety@simconnect.ca if you still need help.
What does orientation include?+
Two parts: Basic Rules and Policies, plus Trip Workflow / Simulation covering dispatch, terminal checks, pre-trip, CTPAT, delivery, pickup and trip closeout. Basic Rules has required quizzes throughout. Trip Workflow has five questions at the end of each main section. A wrong answer shows an explanation and a different retry question; pass all five to continue.
Do I need to upload documents?+
No. Complete, sign and submit your application online. Safety will contact you separately for any supporting records.
Does completing orientation mean I can start driving?+
No. Safety must review your file, complete the applicable checks and confirm readiness before a driving assignment.
